To solve intermittent material handling problems
in light-duty production and utility operations, ARO offers the AJ300 Series Air
Hoists. Incredibly light, compact and portable, these hoists have been designed
so that they can be moved between workstations to perform various lift
operations. Requiring only 12 cfm (0.34 m^3/min) or air volume, the AJ300 will
operate from compressors as small as 3 horsepower.
AJ300 Series hoists come complete with 12 feet
(3.6m) of standard lift and 5 feet (1.5m) of pull chain control.
DURABLE AND DEPENDABLE
- The AJ300 hoist features a cool-running
rotary-vane air motor. If accidental overloading does occur, the hoist
slowly stalls without damage.
SAFETY AND CONFIDENCE
- A self-adjusting mechanical brake holds loads
securely - even if power or air-supply failure occurs. To prevent possible
damage to either the load or operator, and adjustable chain lock serves as
an emergency limit stop if operator fails to release lift command.
FULL CONTROL
- Pull Chain control on the AJ300 provides the
operator with total control and the ability to "inch" loads into
place with confidence. The combination of cool-running, rotary-vane
performance and easy-to-use controls helps to increase operator
productivity.
