MANUAL TROLLEYS

All hoists ordered with a "trolley adapter" will mount directly to the proper manual trolley model. Spark resistant trolleys come with bronze or copper-beryllium wheels. All manual trolleys must be ordered separately by specifying model required according to hoist and beam configurations.

TROLLEY ADAPTERS

STATIONARY ADAPTER
  • Comes with any 7700 Series hoist ordered as a trolley suspended model. Adapter can be ordered separately to convert existing hook suspended 7700 Series hoists for stationary mounting to a 7702 or 7727 Trolley. Order 47717 for 1/4 and 1/2 ton models, 47716 for 1 ton models.

43111 90º TROLLEY ADAPTER

  • Used to mount any 7790 Series hoist parallel to suspension beam.

 

POWER TROLLEY CONVERSION KIT

The Power Trolley Kit comes complete to convert both 7700 and 7790 Series pull chain and pendant control hoists to a power trolley system. Kits for 7700 Series include the Power Trolley Adapter (45591-2)* and two Roll Pins (45628)* to mount to the hoist housing. The four-lever, dual-motor pendant control handle operates hoist lift/descent and trolley movement. Trolleys should be ordered according to type of hoist and beam configurations.
